What is iiTalk?

iiTalk is a broadband phone service included with every Naked DSL plan. It includes all your local and national calls (see below for fair use policy).

With iiTalk, you can choose to take your existing phone number with you, or start afresh with a new one. Making calls is the same and your friends and family still call you the same way as usual. The only difference is that you plug your phone or cordless handset into your modem instead of the wall. To use iiTalk you will need a VOIP enabled modem. You can buy one of these from us during signup.

Fair Use Policy

A fair use policy on iiTalk allows us to offer free calls Australia-wide for people who make normal amounts of phone calls. To do this we have to restrict people who use the service excessively. What is an excessive user? Check out the fair use policy to find out more.
